At Roxie Chip, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, subject to the terms below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturer defect

International Orders

International customers must also follow the return process within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
